This Foto Friday is a little later in the day then I wanted it to be, but at least I’m still posting it Friday!
This first foto is a ciambella from I Dolci di Patrizio Cosi in Florence, Italy. So good. And perfect with a cappuccino in the morning. I miss Italian breakfasts.

That (weirdly colored) hot chocolate is actually from Barcelona which was thicker and richer (yah, I know) than the hot chocolate in Italy.

That ciambella looks tasty! The hot chocolate was good, but I couldn’t ever finish a whole cup! Sooo thick!

Spanish/Barcelona hot chocolate equals hot chocolate pudding, and I LOVED it when I was there. Now I need to figure a way to make it gluten-free, casein free….
